Female Students: All students must have their hair pulled back neatly into a bun; female students must wear black or pink leotards, pink tights and pink ballet slippers. Pointe students can wear short pointe skirt.
Male students: White t-shirt, black tights or shorts black or white ballet slippers and in the case of long hair it must be pulled back
CLASSROOM ETIQUETTE AND ATTENDANCE:
Students should arrive 15 minutes prior to class starting to warm up in order to avoid injuries and prepare for class. Late arrivals must wait for instructor to allow them to enter the class.
- NO chewing of gum, candy or drinking in class (water breaks will be given)
- NO talking in class
- Students MUST stay in class until they are dismissed
- Students are REQUIRED to bring a Dr.’s note if they have missed more than 2 classes in a month
If classes are rescheduled due to cancellation; you will be notified immediately. Make up classes will be available at the directors dicression.
PARENTS AND VISITORS:
Instructors need to have the respect of having the student’s attention during class sessions. Parents are allowed to observe quietly in the observation area. Please do not attempt to sign, talk or distract the students during class. Maintaining the students focus and discipline will benefit their technique, training and performance.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF:
Parents must sign their child in at the front desk of the bldg and then accompany them into the studio. They must return and pick up their child in a timely manner. Parents must personally pick up their child from the studio. No student will be released to wonder in the bldg for their safety. NO EXCEPTIONS! Parents must be present at all times while child in elevator, or stairwell.

LATE FEES AND TUITION PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Online Payment is now accepted through our website. All class fees are due between the 25th and no later than the 1st in advance for the month. A $15.00 late fee will be assessed to all late payments. A $35 NSF fee will be assessed for returned checks.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION:
Cancellations of registration are available with a written 30 days notice in advanced. Final month of tuition must be paid in full upon cancellation. During the 30 days may continue to attend classes.
NO EXCEPTIONS! AS STATED ON YOUR SIGNED CONTRACT. ANY BREACH OF CONTRACT WILL BE SENT TO COLLECTIONS.
